Terms of Service

General

These terms apply to all use of the Beautyhub platform, operated by — שם המפעיל טרם הוזן — ("we", "the platform"). Last updated 16.08.2026.

Using the platform means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

What the platform does, and what it does not

The platform connects clients with beauty professionals: it lists businesses and services, lets you book an appointment, and keeps the record of it.

The agreement about the treatment itself is between the client and the business. We are not a party to it. We do not provide the treatment, do not set its price, and are not responsible for its quality.

There is no payment processing here and we move no money. Payment happens directly with the business, by whatever means it accepts. We do not collect card details.

The business is responsible for what it publishes — service descriptions, prices, images, opening hours and cancellation policy.

Your account

Some features require registration. Give accurate details and keep them current.

The service is not intended for children under 16. Registration below that age requires a guardian's consent.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us if you become aware of unauthorised use.

A business owner is also a client: the same account can run a business and book appointments at other businesses.

Booking

A service is set by the business as either instant or by request. An instant booking is agreed the moment it is made. A request is approved by the business, sometimes with a price — and the appointment is only agreed once you have accepted that price.

One visit may include several treatments. The duration and price shown are the total of all of them, and the appointment holds the business's diary for its whole length.

You can book a standing appointment that repeats at an interval you choose. Each date is checked separately and any date already taken is skipped — we tell you which dates were actually booked.

A business may require manual approval for requests from a client who has not turned up to previous appointments there. This is not a block and costs nothing.

A confirmed appointment does not guarantee availability in the event of a fault, a mistake in the business's settings, or circumstances beyond control.

Cancelling and rescheduling

Each business sets its own notice period — how far ahead an appointment may be cancelled or moved. It is shown on the business's page and the platform enforces it on both actions.

The notice period applies to a confirmed appointment. A request that has not been answered, and a quote you have not accepted, can be cancelled at any time.

Any late-cancellation charge is a matter between you and the business. The platform does not collect it and is not party to it.

A business may cancel an appointment. If it does, you will be notified.

Content you upload

Images, reviews and messages you upload remain yours. You grant us a licence to display them on the platform in order to run the service.

A result photo stays private unless you choose otherwise. You can change or withdraw that permission at any time, and the image comes off the listing immediately.

Do not upload content that is abusive, misleading, infringing, or an image of another person without their consent.

We may remove content that breaches these terms.

Reviews

A review can only be written on the basis of an appointment that actually took place, and you may write one review per business.

A review must reflect a genuine experience. Do not write a review in exchange for anything, and do not review a competing business.

A business cannot delete a review written about it.

Prohibited use

Do not book appointments you do not intend to attend, impersonate another person or business, harvest user data automatically, or attempt to breach the system.

Do not use the platform to send unsolicited marketing to other users.

Liability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep the platform available and correct, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or fault-free operation.

We are not responsible for the treatment given by a business, its quality, its results, or harm arising from it. Such claims should be directed to the business.

Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time. Deletion does not remove records a business is required to keep, such as appointment history and health declarations — see the privacy policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page, and a material change will also be shown in the interface.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
